I've only had this app for a little while, but I'm honestly blown away by how useful it is, how easy the UI is to navigate and how much information is packed into it. As a climber who always found it difficult to consistently keep track of my training routine, this app will definitely help simplify that process. Can't wait to use it more!

Great app, one of only 2 apps that I happily pay for (lingvist being the other). Just when I think I want some new functionality, the app adds it (eg. re-ordering exercises in a custom workout). One thing that it still doesn't allow that would be nice: splitting a workout into 2 half workouts in the week. Right now, you can log half of one and then log another half (but the 1st will be considered unfinished and the 2nd extra!).

Most holistic app for climbing trainig. Ive been climbing for more than 10 years and been doing other sports like street workout or simply weight training in tge gym. Still, this shows a lot of new exercises and systematically introduces them through rep propositions, timers, videos, detailled explanations off all necessary aspects. check out the lattice YT channel, a lot of additional stuff going deeper into tge understanding of the training the app is offering. this app makes a difference!

Love the workouts, explanations, videos, demos and ideas in this app. It helps me immensely, especially on days when I'm not necessarily very motivated. It feels easier to keep some kind of srructure when using it. Many thanks, guys, and keep up the great work!

The classic barbell exercises like bench press and deadlifts aren't listed by default which is frustrating when trying to make training plans and follow my estimated workload. When I try to add them as a custom workout it doesn't track the added weight whis is again really frustrating. I have to add them as a custom fingerboard workout to make the app show the added weight menu when logging. Please add the basic barbel exercises and some way of personalizing workloads would also be really helpful

This is an all-round great app, with solid training regimes which are up to the current science. A lot of what you hear in bouldering gyms or even from professional trainers when it comes to hangboard training is not only suboptimal for strength development, but especially dangerous for connective tissue health. Lattice and thus Crimpd gets it right, and builds on the same scientific principles which have been known to gymnasts for decades, which sadly climbers are just now discovering.

I have been constantly using Crimpd during my climbing sessions and for planing and executing my home training. I love the basic setup of the app, the collection of different workouts and the possibility to analyze my progress. I'ld suggest one quality of life improvement: For all the one armed workouts e.g. max hangs one arm, a second resistance and intensity box + buttons

Slowness and locking up is very aggravating. I am monthly subscriber ($13/month) to be able to use the training plans in the app, and find them absolutely essential to track and time my training. The free version was amazing, and the subscription provides capability light years ahead of other training apps for any sport... However, the slowness and crashing on a daily basis in the Training Plan section of the app constantly has me wondering if there is any kind of alternative.

The information and exercises are amazing. Just needing the software to improve. For example: - when opening the app sometime it doesn't have me signed in. - when starting a workout program the screen go white and so I have to exit the workout and re-enter. - the timer doesn't into notifications slide when I'm outside of the app

Just kinda terrible. A workout app should allow you to create a workout, schedule it, and keep track of the number of reps. After messing with it for weeks, I'm just not sure how you're supposed to do that? Many of the exercises are vague and don't explain if it's reps or timed, and aren't distinct from similar exercises.

Great app to lead a training routine. It does need refinement. Some exercises have the timing, some don't. Some exercises give reps per side, some don't. Once they fix this it will be a 5 star app. E.g. Supermans have rest timing but are missing the exercise timings.
